I work across two key areas: For agency clients, I've transformed 10+ ecommerce experiences through CRO-driven UX/UI solutions: redesigns and design system implementation. I deliver production-ready designs for B2B and B2C clients using in-house development, Shopify or PrestaShop. As Creative Director, I lead all design initiatives, manage the design system and oversee our complete digital ecosystem: website, social content, event collateral, media kits and merchandising. I also mentor junior designers.

Developed visual content for social media, marketing materials, and mailing campaigns while supporting SEO strategy. Scope included graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, branding, web design, merchandising for events and virtual assistance for institutional video shoots.
Graphic Designer & Videomaker
Ministry of Social Development
Managed digital content creation and programming for social media, combining graphic design, photography, shooting and video editing. Responsibilities included editorial design, community management, marketing strategy, copywriting, content calendaring and serving as filmmaker and photographer for diverse events.
